University of Kentucky Panhellenic Association
The Panhellenic Association is the largest student organization at the University of Kentucky. All sororities on campus are members of the Panhellenic Association. The Panhellenic Association exists to provide a support system for all chapters on campus, and help them work together to better serve the campus and community. Through programs offered, we promote superior scholarship, leadership development and information important to women in general. Sororities empower and enable their members. The Panhellenic Association is also the coordinating body for recruitment.
Sororities provide personal and professional support within a smaller group of friends in a larger university environment. With this support, individual personal and leadership development is fostered through attending seminars as well as holding officer and committee positions within the chapter and on the Panhellenic Council. Membership in a sorority enhances one's academic achievement by providing several forms of support and assistance, from study resources to quiet study areas. One is encouraged to participate in community service through philanthropic activities, setting a pattern of lifelong service to others.
After your undergraduate career, one will have lifelong friendships as well as continued personal and professional support through alumnae activities and networking programs.
Panhellenic Association Creed

Panhellenic Association Code of Ethics
We, the members of the University of Kentucky's Panhellenic Association, stand behind the goals of recruitment for promoting opportunities for the development of undergraduate through membership in women's fraternities. We support the goals of recruitment as being the following: to give each potential maximum opportunity to pledge; to provide fraternity experience to as many as possible; and to maintain adequate strength in the fraternity chapters. We uphold and honor the University of Kentucky's Recruitment Guidelines and the National Panhellenic Conference's Unanimous Agreements through our thoughts, words, and actions. We believe that the highest level of trust should exist between chapter members and the chapters in Panhellenic in order to ensure a spirit of cooperation and harmony. As a member of the University of Kentucky Panhellenic Association, we shall stand by these ideals which guide our actions.
